Deeka holds a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP) and a BA in Counselling Skills and Addiction Studies from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS). She is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Deeka has experience providing therapeutic support in trauma-informed and community-based settings, offering mental health care to individuals facing a broad range of life challenges. She creates a welcoming and culturally sensitive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours at their own pace.
