About me:

Natanielle Hynes Lapoule is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist originally from Mauritius. She holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences and is an accredited member of the Association for Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Ireland.

Natanielle brings over a decade of professional experience, including extensive work in the Early Years sector. She has also supported individuals in crisis through her work with Pieta House and volunteered with the Dublin Simon Community, providing therapeutic support to people experiencing mental health difficulties and homelessness.

She is a trained and certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, a trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. This approach supports clients in developing awareness and understanding of the unconscious patterns shaped by early experiences, allowing space for healing and meaningful change.

At the core of Natanielle’s work is the creation of a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with themselves. She is committed to working respectfully with individuals from all backgrounds, honouring each person’s lived experience, vulnerability, and capacity for growth.
