About me:

Niamh is an integrative psychotherapist and integrates elements of a person-centred approach, choice theory, motivational interviewing and existentialism. She uses this approach with an empathic and non-judgmental style to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. She believes in meeting clients where they are and to explore what they would like to achieve in psychotherapy in an empathic and non-judgemental way. Niamh prioritises providing a safe space for her clients and as no two clients are the same, she provides a tailored approach that adapts to each client’s needs.

She has experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, school/work stress, relationship issues, anger issues and parenting struggles.
