Patricia is a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (BA Hons. IICP) and diploma in Addiction and Substance misuse from MU ( Maynooth University) Patricia is a member of The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Patricia works within an integrative framework believing that to understand the human experience and how each individual responds to life's issues more than one theoretical model is required. In collaboration with the client, Patricia uses a blended approach to therapy where the client's needs and requirements direct the approaches used. Providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for the client is the foundation of Patricia’s therapeutic work. Patricia offers short term solution-focused therapy or longer in-depth therapy.

Patricia has provided counselling and mentoring to clients struggling with substance misuse in public and private settings. She provided support and guidance allowing the client to manage and maintain a healthier and stronger life balance.
