About me:
Sara is a pre-accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and holds a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College. They offer a confidential, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe, heard, and supported.
Her approach is integrative, rooted in person-centred therapy and enriched by a range of modalities. Depending on each client’s needs, Sara draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused therapy, and somatic-based practices that include breath and body awareness. This flexible way of working allows therapy to be tailored to the individual, supporting emotional insight as well as embodied healing.
Sara has experience working with clients facing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and other life challenges. Central to her work is the belief that each person has an innate capacity for resilience and growth. Her role is to walk alongside clients at their own pace, offering warmth, compassion, and a space where meaningful change can emerge.
At the heart of her practice is a deep respect for each client’s unique journey, and a commitment to meeting them exactly where they are.
