About me:

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) and is a fully accredited member of the APCP. Sarah works in a humanistic way, believing that each client is the expert in their own lives, and she also integrates aspects of other approaches into her work such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). Sarah aims to create a supportive, collaborative environment in her work that allows clients to develop insight into the issues they are struggling with, grow and thrive.
