Service description:

MyMind Local enables individuals in the community, experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties, to have direct and affordable access to on-site counselling and psychotherapeutic support.

By addressing waiting lists and access barriers to mental health services at primary care level, we are working towards giving every person in Ireland easy access to affordable mental health support early, directly, without stigma or delay.

This service also provides free counselling to those in Mayo who have been affected by defective concrete blocks/MICA/pyrite.
